In-Network:

I’m in-network with the following insurances:

  • Premera

  • First Choice Health Network

  • Regence/Asuris

Out-of-Network:

If your insurance is not listed, you may have OON benefits that cover a portion of your therapy. Some insurance companies are open to reimbursement by use of superbills, of which I’m happy to provide. Check with your insurance provider to determine eligibility for OON benefits.

Self-Pay

If you would like to pay directly without utilizing insurance benefits, self-pay is an option. The rates are dependent on session length.

45 - 60 minute sessions: $160

60 - 90 minute sessions: $200

*First session: $175
