Modalities

Modalities are the various methods and techniques I utilize in my practice.

  • EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate post-traumatic stress symptoms. It also can be utilized to address depression, anxiety, self-worth, and a plethora of other mental health concerns. It combines activation of the memory, bilateral stimulation, and dual awareness (one foot in the past and one foot in the present).
